Transferable machine guns.
Yes, You can legally own a machinegun. Unless you live in one of the few states that prohibit machineguns or are a convicted felon you can legally own a fully automatic machine gun. In most states, if you qualify to own a handgun, you are qualified to own a machinegun.
Suppressor sales
To purchase a silencer the following qualifications apply:

Reside in one of the 42 states that currently allow civilian ownership

Be a resident of the United States

Be legally eligible to purchase a firearm

Pass a BATFE background check

Be at least 21 years of age to purchase from a dealer

Be at least 18 years of age to purchase from another citizen
The eight states that currently do not allow individuals to own silencers are California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachussetts, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
Short barrel Rifles
Short Barrel rifles have a barrel length of less than 16". This is a class 3 item and we can the process started. You can buy one of these guns in most states, but they must go through a licensed dealer that can deal in NFA firearms. A transfer will take a number of months to complete, and requires that you can through a federal background check, and get the signature of the chief law enforcement office in your area (city Chief or county Sheriff- in most cases not a problem). We process many of these each year and can help you through the process.
Short Barrel Shotgun
Short-barrel shotguns are the perfect length for defensive use, and the shorter barrels can make the guns handier in the field. Short-barrels make a light and more maneuverable shotgun overall. Maneuverability is a must-have for home defense.
Firearm sales
We do firearm sales and dealer to dealer transfers. If you purchase a firearm online, and live in TN, we can take care of the transfer into our FFL. Come in and complete the ATF 4473 form and take your new baby home.
Laser Stippling/Engraving
We do custom images, logos and deisgns. Laser and hand stippling of frames. As well as deep engraving to ATF compliance specs for serial numbers and NFA trust information.
